One Pot Pork And Green Beans With Mushroom Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 36 oz. boneless pork chops
  2. 2 tablespoons butter
  3. 8 oz. mushrooms
  4. 2 tablespoons water
  5. 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  6. 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  7. 1 lb. fresh green beans

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on both sides. Set pork chops aside. Add rosemary, mushrooms – sliced and 1 tablespoon of butter to skillet and cook until tender. Add soup, 2 tablespoons of water and green beans then heat until boiling. Add pork chops back to the skillet , cover and cook on low until pork chops are no longer pink and green beans are tender – approximately ten minutes.
