Review:

First I have to say this is one of the best values in Children’s Books that I’ve seen for a very long time.  You receive three stories in this one book for the cover price of only $7.99!  The stories are geared for children ages 4-7.  Unless you’re living under a rock I’m sure you’ve heard of VeggieTales.  It seems like such a simple concept but children really respond to them.  I just read on a blog a few days ago that a blogger had taken her daughter grocery shopping.  When the daughter seen the cucumbers in the produce aisle she grabbed one and came running telling her mom she wanted “warry”.  How adorable is that?  Now, I don’t know if she had the same excitement when eating said “warry” but the fact that she was even slightly interested in the cucumber at all is a win if you ask me!  I personally love that VeggieTales has a Christian foundation and teaches values and morals that I want my children and grandchildren to learn.  As all parents and grandparents know – we can preach the same thing until we’re blue in the face but it does not hit home with a child like it does when Bob the Tomato or Larry the Cucumber teaches it.  This book is a win win!
